Question: What Is Stress?

We all talk about stress, but what does it actually mean? Stress is A combination of emotional and physical pressures. Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand.Stress can be caused by both good and bad experiences.When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood.We talk about stress all the time, can we live with out it, the answer to this ques will always be no. Stress is body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.But too much of stress can be harmful For example, feeling a little stress about a project date that's coming up can motivate you to work hard. But stressing out too much over the project can make it hard to concentrate on the material you need to learn.
