- Feeling that contains "All weight of the world" on your shoulders.
- Frequent headaches, jaw clenching or pain.
- Difficulty in decision making.
- Weight gain or loss without diet.
- Insomnia, nightmares, disturbing dreams.
- Gritting, grinding teeth.
- Stuttering or stammering.
- Neck ache, back pain, muscle spasms.
- Frequent blushing, sweating.
- Cold or sweaty hands, feet.
- Lies or excuses to cover up your incomplete or bad work.
- Obsessive or compulsive behavior.
- Nervous habits, fidgeting, feet tapping.
- Increased frustration, irritability, edginess.
- Frequent crying spells or suicidal thoughts.
- Trouble learning new information.
- Reduced work efficiency or productivity.
if you find yourself indulged in any of these situations think again that what is causing all this stress in your life. What do you think that is the main cause because in every difficulty there is a cure that we might have overlooked for that time there might be a slight light that you are not taking in consideration take some time to relax & think.
