A best technique from ancient yoga
Hand Posture:
Position of the fingers are held with the tip of the index finger touching the tip of the thumb and the remaining three fingers nearly straight and relaxed, such that it would appear as an "OK" sign, except the palms of each hand are pointed up or front.
Benefits:
Stimulates the Root chakra, and grounds. Calms and improves concentration and helps in solving the problems like stress, strains insomnia,excessive anger, laziness .
